Denver International Airport Passengers
Your Departing Flight must leave NO EARILER than 1:00 pm mountain time to insure that we drop you off in time for your flight.
You Arriving Flight must arrive in Denver NO LATER than 1:00 pm mountain time to insure that our shuttle is in Denver before returning.
Reservations
Reservations need to be made prior to 4:00 pm Mountain Time, at least one day in advance to your desired travel date. We ask that passengers be ready for departure 10 minutes prior to their scheduled pick-up time.
Payment for Transportation
All transportation MUST be paid in advance. You may use any major credit card when making you reservation or pay the driver with cash or a good check. No exceptions.
Confirmation Calls “Pickup Time”
Denver Shuttle will make “confirmation calls for your pickup time” between 3:00 & 5:00 pm Mountain Time, the day prior to your travel date, or the Saturday prior to a Monday pickup.
Baggage
One Suitcase, of any size, is allowed per passenger. The Case CANNOT weigh more than 50 pounds. A small bag that can be stowed under the seat may be carried on by every passenger. All bags including carry-on’s need to be clearly marked or tagged with the Owners Name, Phone Number & Address Information!
Extra bags are allowed at the drivers discretion, but only when there is sufficient room to safely accommodate additional baggage. The cost is $20.00 per additional bag. Plastic or paper bags are not acceptable as baggage. Denver Coach Shuttle is not Liable for any lost or stolen Baggage or Items.
Drivers Gratuity / Tipping Policy
Passengers often ask if tipping the Driver is necessary. Though not absolutely necessary, to “thank” your driver for assisting you carrying your baggage is greatly appreciated. 1 or 2 dollars per bag is the customary rate for the travel and transportation industry.
Pet / Carrier Policy
Pets must be transported in an approved carrier and not removed at any time. The size of the carrier will determine the additional charge for their transport. Our company or drivers will not assume any responsibility or liability for the animals behavior, health or well-being. The owner is solely liable at all times.
Tickets / Refunds
Tickets are NON-Refundable, but may be transferred to another person or used for travel on Denver Shuttle for 45 days after the original travel date.
Passenger Conduct / Prohibited items
Passengers will be refused transportation if the driver believes that for any reason the passenger may be under the influence of alcohol or drugs and may become a safety hazard to themselves or disturbance to other passengers. Unruly passengers will be discharged by the driver at the first available Law Enforcement Agency, regardless of that passengers destination.
Prohibited items include: firearms, knives, illegal drugs, fireworks & open containers of alcohol.
